This two hour workshop is to help you organize your priorities and help you create the life you want. We will share tips on releasing things that don't serve us- whether it's emotional clutter, toxic relationships or habits to make room for better things. This workshop also includes a Hatha yoga class and a yoga nidra (yoga of sleep) session. The workshop and class will be guided by Aisha Zaman and Myriam Dali.
